Welcome to Corner of Paradise\! Wake up to sweeping beach views and enjoy the charm of our quiet, family\-friendly escape\. This 1BR/1BA retreat features a king bed, twin built\-in bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for couples or families\. Just steps from the beach with a gated, seasonally heated pool & hot tub, it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sun and sand, whether you’re here to relax or explore\.

Access:
Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST\. These times are important to note, as we cannot guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control \(i\.e\. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc\.\)

We can be contacted anytime through the platform messaging, although late night messages may be replied to during normal business hours\. Please download the app for ease of communication\.

Don’t forget \- you are in the heart of Crystal Beach, with wonderful shopping, amazing restaurants and plenty of public beach access\!

Uber & Lyft are popular in our area for ride sharing, and SHIPT or Instacart are great for grocery delivery\. Beach Liquors \(locally owned\) offers alcohol delivery as well\!

Additional Notes:
PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking\. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home\.

Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities \(a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap\)\. We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage \(Ziplocs, foil, etc\.\) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items\.

If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay\.

All linens are provided for your stay\. We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces\. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed\.

Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community\. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this\.

Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well\.

Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp\. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time\.

We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time\. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided\.

While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip\. Thank you for your understanding\!
