## Description
Cottage 3 \- This is the second connected cottage with a private courtyard\. It features 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Double Bed\.  There is a loft suitable for children, with two twins accessible by ladder upon request at no charge\.  The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower\.  There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, chiminea, a charcoal grill \(charcoal provided\), and a picnic table\.  

This is the 1st in our set of 4 connected Cottages\. It is a Double End Unit closest to our entrance & Main Street for easy access\. Featuring 2 Bedrooms \(1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed & 2 Trundle Single Beds\)\.  There is a loft suitable for children accessible by ladder upon request at no charge and an electric fireplace\.  The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower\.  There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill \(charcoal provided\), chiminea \(we provide the firewood\) and a picnic table\.  This unit sleeps a max of 6 Adults & 2 Children with the Loft\. 

We provide beach passes, kayaks, bicycles, and paddleboards for our guests to enjoy during their stay\. 

The kitchenette features a two burner stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker plus all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc\.

We are pet friendly only for registered pets \(a $50 per pet fee applies\)\.

We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street\.

We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area\. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction\. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave\.
