Additional Notes:
1\) Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the property must be 21 years of age or older\.
2\) Long\-Term Stays: For stays longer than 28 days, you are subject to additional fees for mid\-stay cleans\. We like to change out linens every 3\-4 weeks to keep the property in excellent condition\.
3\) Damage Protection: Your booking price includes a nonrefundable property damage protection fee that covers up to $3,000\.00 in accidental damages\. This is subject to exclusions and limitations\. Any damage not covered by the policy or exceeding the coverage amount will be the responsibility of the guest\.
4\) Pre\-Arrival: Prior to checking in, the primary guest must complete our online pre\-arrival form\. This allows us to gather your travel information and ensure you have reviewed our rental terms and conditions for a smooth arrival\.
