Country Cottage is perfect for everyone\. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear and just a short drive to the lake, Village, and more\. This rustic gambrel style home comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway\!

LIVING SPACE \- Cozy 890\+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, a TV, a beautiful wood burning rock fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\. Older property and furnishings\.

BEDROOMS \- 2 bedroom, 1 bath\. First bedroom has a king bed, and cable TV\. Second bedroom has two double beds and smart TV\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\. 

KITCHEN \- Stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Board games and card games\. TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\. 

OUTDOORS \- Gas barbecue, smoker, large back deck, and fenced yard\.

PARKING \- 2 car driveway

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 6 guests\. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person\. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund\.
