This charming 2\-bedroom air\-conditioned home is a fantastic find in Sunriver\! Just a short walk from your front door to the Village at Sunriver\.

This cozy Coyote home has French doors that open to the beauty of Sunriver\.  The large corner lot gives the feeling of seclusion as you sit on the deck and enjoy the great outdoors while grilling on the gas BBQ or enjoying a soak in the private hot tub\. The kitchen features bar stool seating for 4 at the counter, cooktop, microwave and a countertop oven \(capable of baking a 12" pizza or small turkey\)\. \*\*This home does not have a standard oven\.\*\* Cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 55” smart TV\.

There are two queen bedrooms in Coyote 20, each with TVs, the bathroom is shared between the two rooms\. 

This home has easy access to the Sunriver bike trails and 3 adult bikes are provided for you to take off and enjoy a leisurely ride around town\.
