The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a private balcony, and an en\-suite bathroom with a large glass shower, ensuring comfort and relaxation\. The guest bedroom features a twin over queen log bunk bed, while the living room comes with a sleeper sofa and a full hall bath, providing ample space for up to 7 guests\. The condo's oversized living area creates a wonderfully comfortable and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the mountains\.
Park your vehicle out of element in the private 1 car garage downstairs\. 

Although this property does not have air conditioning, we have thoughtfully provided fans in each sleeping area to ensure you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay\.

Rest assured that we follow the Triple Sheet Method, using two sheets to encase the comforter, and the sheet\-made duvet cover is thoroughly washed between each and every guest, guaranteeing an extra clean sleeping experience\.

Winter Park Resort is conveniently located just 6\.5 miles away, making it a perfect destination for a memorable family getaway\. The resort shuttle will drop you off at the resort base village, where you can indulge in skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities\. The Grand Park Rec Center, situated just 1\.4 miles away, offers multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a massive rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground\. Next to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar\. If you need to stock up on supplies, Safeway grocery store is conveniently located only 1 mile away in Fraser\.
