This is a small 1 bedroom efficiency apartment close to TTU and downtown area\. A small drive will put you at several state parks, lakes and water fall locations\. You have Cable and WiFI with a Roku TV in both the living room and bedroom\. Kitchen does not have a dining room table but have provided portable TV stands to eat from\. Also provided is a microwave and Curig coffee maker for that ideal cup of morning coffee\. The space is perfect for a getaway with all the basic amenities\.
