Early Check\-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee\.

Late Check\-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check\-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check\-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check\-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher\.

Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided\. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly\.

Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana\.
