Perfect for small families and friends who wish to escape the city and enjoy a mountain getaway\. Walking distance to Erwin Lake Park\. Located just a short drive to all Big Bear activities including the lake, The Village, ski resorts, Snow Play, and more\!

LIVING SPACE \- Cozy 700\+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating\.

ROOMS & BEDS \- 2 bedrooms, 1 baths\. The first bedroom has a queen bed\. The second bedroom has a queen bed\. Extra blankets and pillows are available\.

KITCHEN \- Full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more\.

AMENITIES \- Smart TV with streaming apps, along with fast Wi\-Fi, board games, and card games\. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace\.
