## Description
Cozy Cabin on Brule is one of the best places to stay in Lake Tahoe for families\. This 4 bedroom home sleeps up to 6 adults \+ 2 kiddos\. Located in a very central area off Pioneer Trail, you are close to all of the action yet in a very safe neighborhood for your family\. You'll feel comfortable to let your kids roam around the backyard between the hot tub and the jungle gym\. Lots of family fun and lasting memories will be made at this little blue gem\!

\*\*We've had bears frequent the neighborhood so make sure all downstairs windows are closed and locked when you are not home and especially when you check out\. We only keep oil, salt & pepper in our home between guests as to not attract them\. Thank you\!\*\*

• We are permitted for up to 8 adults max plus extra kids under 5\. 
• We are permitted for up to 2 cars max\. There is no street parking allowed at rentals so make sure to park both cars on the street level parking area right in front of our home\.
• Our home is non\-smoking\.
• Our home is NOT pet friendly\. Owner has a pet allergy\.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10pm \- 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time\. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours\.
• After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement\.
• Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates\! 
• AC at this home is central AC but the upstairs bedrooms take longer to cool down than the rest of the house\.
• Home has several locked closets for owner storage including the upstairs twin bed closet\.
• The shade in the upstairs King bedroom does not cover the full window\. See photo of bedroom\. 
• Please play on the jungle gym structure at your own risk\.  Children should be watched at all times\. We are not liable for injury\.
• Trundle beds \(under the 2 single twin beds\) in the kids room are not apart of the occupancy and beds are not made for guests\. 

This home is right off Pioneer Trail in the middle of town so easily accessible and close to all of the fun\! There are numerous hiking and biking trails nearby\. You are less then 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe, the casinos/night life, Heavenly Ski Resort and more\!
