Welcome home to this peaceful and centrally\-located studio located on a quiet street near the University of Cincinnati, downtown, Over the Rhine, Cincinnati Childrens Hospital, and other great destinations\.

You'll have a cozy\-comfy queen bed, a well\-appointed kitchen, high\-speed wifi, and access to a free washer/dryer in the basement\. This location is perfect for long or short stays, including travel nurses and other work assignments\. With free off\-street parking, you can park with ease\.

This well\-appointed studio has high ceilings, soaring windows, and all of the amenities you need for a comfortable short or long stay\. Enjoy a cozy\-comfy queen bed, a large flat\-screen TV, off\-street parking in our driveway, and high\-speed wifi\.

You'll also have access to free washer/dryer in the basement\.

You will have access to the entire unit\.

You can walk to UC from here, but otherwise you will likely need to Uber/Lyft or call a car\. Luckily, we have free on\-site parking\. Additionally, we're nearby some of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, including Over the Rhine and downtown\.
