## Description
This listing consists of 2 cabins approximately 100 yards apart on the same 8 acre property with 1,600 feet of private Animas River access \.  One cabin has 2 bed / 2 bath \(Ariel's Nest\) while the other cabin has 3 bed / 2\.5 bath \(Gabriel's Cabin\) is situated on 8\-acers and has 1,600 feet of private Animas river access\. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors while also being close to everything Downtown Durango has to offer\.

The cabins feature the expected vacation rental amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ Grill, washer/dryer \(laundry detergent provided\) and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and trailers\.  High speed Starlink WIFI was installed in March 2024 with speeds over 100mbs\.  While the kitchen is fully stocked in both cabins \- neither have a dishwasher\.

This home is pet friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day \(for a max $250 per stay\)\.

Weddings are allowed on the property when renting both cabins\.   Please inquire with further questions and costs\.
