The home's main level features a gourmet kitchen with double ovens and a gas range, and it is a chef's dream\. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty\. Cancellations or changes made within thirty \(30\) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount\. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty \(30\) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking\. For reservations that are at least thirty \(30\) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty \(60\) days before the arrival date\.
