Our pet fee is $50 per pet per night with a $75 pet cleaning fee per pet\. In order to protect our homeowners' second homes, we do require that pets must be under 35 lbs\., non\-shedding, and crate trained\. The pet\(s\) must either be crated when unattended and not left alone in the cabin when you leave\. As pet owners ourselves, we know that some pets have separation anxiety which will cause damage to the wood floors, walls, door frames, or furniture when left alone, even if shut in a bedroom or bathroom\. Blue Ridge is an extremely pet friendly town and you can take your dog with you to most restaurants where there is outdoor seating, and walking along Main Street, shop owners keep bowls of water outside for thirsty pets\. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit for all reservations\. It is refunded upon the departure of the stay unless there are pet damages, excessive pet hair, or if the pet has been found unattended in the cabin\. Rental Rates Rates for cabin rentals are based on per night for up to four guests\. Add $25 per person, per night above four guests\. A cleaning fee will be added, based on the number of guests\.
