This is the lower level apartment of a stand alone home\.  The owner occasionally uses the home as a vacation home\.  There is a separate entrance to the unit and the driveway is shared, but parking is on one side for this unit\.

We are local if you need us\.

The pool, sauna, and gym are all resort amenities provided by the Pico Fitness Center, which is a short drive across the road\.  They are open 6:00 a\.m\.\- 8:00 p\.m\. Monday to Friday and 8:00 a\.m\. to 6:00 p\.m\. Saturday and Sunday\. They provide showers, lockers and a changing room, remember to bring a towel\! The pool is by reservation only\.
