The large dining room table seats 8 and the bar at the kitchen has 2 bar stools\. A half bathroom is located on the top floor for easy convenience\. The spacious living room has ample seating, large flat screen TV and a bar with a wine cooler\. The large screen porch spans the width of the home and has a great picnic table, steamer style loungers and rockers\.
