And it's next to Dercum Square that features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer\. The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day\. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a stone gas fireplace and a queen\-sized sleeper sofa\. Extra linens are in a closet\. The private balcony is just off of the living area and offers beautiful views of the main ski run\. It also overlooks the pool and hot tubs making it easy to see if other guests are using them\.
