Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1\) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2\) Parties and events are not permitted, 3\) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults
Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty\!

HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue\. Reservations are for accommodations only\. No guests under 25 \(without parent or legal guardian\)\. No Bachelor parties\. No smoking anywhere on premises\.

This home is pet friendly\. However, there is an additional fee and damage deposit required\.
