## Description
Summary:
This tiny house has all the amenities of an upscale hotel room yet with unique and exquisite design and decor\. A queen size bed with a super\-comfy Tuft & Needle mattress will help you fall asleep fast\. A full size shower and bathroom is snuggled into the back of the unit and has endless hot water\! For your morning coffee a Keurig and K\-cups are provided along with a microwave for heating up your popcorn in the evening\. Climb up to the rooftop deck for stargazing or your morning coffee\.

The Space:
This unique home started as a 20' shipping container\. Our build company, CargoHome, insulates and panels the interior in pine shiplap and trim it out in 100\+ year\-old barn wood\. The outside is clad with cedar siding, spaced to allow the original container to still be seen\. The fun rooftop deck is surrounded by a custom cable railing system and lit with LED lights that gives the deck a beautiful glow at night\. LED lights inside and a super\-quiet, efficient mini\-split AC unit makes this a comfortable, energy efficient space\.

Great, safe neighborhood in the country just north of Waco\. 5 minutes off I\-35 and 3 minutes from Cafe Homestead and Homestead Craft Village\. Only 8 minutes from the Waco airport\.
