## Description
Just 3 widely\-spaced steps up into this ground\-floor 2\-bedroom, 2\-bath condo right on the Pemigewasset River\!  Through the foyer, with bench for taking off shoes and boots, step into the living space with kitchen and dining area to your left and living room straight ahead, Enjoy the comfort of the wood\-burning fireplace and flat\-screen TV, or continue to the deck just beyond\. Listen to the river from the deck seating, or step off and take a walk along it with your guests and/or dog\(s\)\. 
On the right side off the entry is the queen bedroom with TV next to the hall bath, while on the right side is the larger bedroom with sets of twin over twin bunks and attached bath, with stacked washer/dryer opposite that door\.
While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to indoor pool, fitness room and man\-made swimming pond with sandy beach\.
During the summer, you must wear a wristband to use the lake\.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year\-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini\-golfing, amusement parks \(including a local waterpark\), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more\.
