A cozy one\-bedroom, two\-bath vacation rental located in Deer Park Resort comfortably sleeps four guests\. Located in a hotel\-style building this condominium offers a bedroom with a queen size bed,  futon couch, and TV as well as two full baths, a full kitchen, and a living area with a sleep sofa, cable TV/DVD/VCR, and air conditioning\. Enjoy the mountain and pond view while relaxing on the back patio and just step off the patio to access the pond's sandy beach\.

Deer Park unit 45 is located adjacent to the Deer Park Club House where you can enjoy the indoor pool and fitness club\. 
During the summer, you must wear a wristband to use the lake\.

\(The futon in the bedroom can only be used in the folded position, not as a flat bed as of October 2022\.\)
