This stunning 2,500\-square\-foot townhome features ski\-in/ski\-out access for seamless winter adventures and is located within easy reach of summer activities like hiking and mountain biking\.

Spread across three levels, it boasts four spacious bedrooms, including two master suites, and four and a half bathrooms, providing ample space for up to 12 guests\. Whether you're hitting the slopes or enjoying the scenic beauty, this home is the ideal year\-round getaway\!

You'll enter the home through a spacious entryway, and then you will step into the great room which holds the living room, kitchen and dining areas — all with gorgeous hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, large windows and an open, airy feel\. 

Living Room: Mountain style furnishings surround the warm gas fireplace with a towering floor\-to\-ceiling stone front; Smart TV with Blu\-Ray DVD\.

Kitchen: The group's chef will truly love this gourmet kitchen that is fully equipped, and includes appliances such as a Wolf six\-burner gas range, double convection ovens, Subzero refrigerator, and kitchen bar with seating for four\. 

Dining Room: The dining area has seating for eight guests\. Step out onto the adjacent private deck and enjoy a gas BBQ and views\.
