In the summer, explore nearby hiking and outdoor adventures\. With a convenient shuttle stop close by, hop on the free bus to explore Park City, Kimball Junction, and beyond, making it an ideal getaway year\-round\!

This home offers three levels over 2,200 square feet\. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a loft to sleep up to eight guests in complete comfort\. 

You'll enter this townhome from the garage, where you will step right into the convenient mudroom where you can store your gear\. Just a few steps up the staircase and you will be in the second level main great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas\.

Living Room: The living room features mountain contemporary style leather furnishings, a 50” TV, a cozy gas fireplace, a piano, and a wall mounted sound system\. Step out on the adjacent deck to enjoy the mountain breezes\. There's also outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ grill\.
