This one\-of\-a\-kind retreat is the perfect place to launch a large\-group Cincinnati adventure\. Walkable to everything downtown, it has luxurious amounts of common space, a well\-appointed kitchen, bedrooms with private bathrooms, and since you can also separately rent an identical upstairs condo it is the perfect space for family reunions, bridge/groom groups \(groom's family in one half, bride's in the other\), and work groups that need both common space and private space to brainstorm\.

This huge retreat has tall windows, two living rooms \(one can double as a bedroom\), private half baths for each bedroom, a well\-appointed kitchen, and central air/heat\.

You'll be able to easily access the property using codes that we send on the day of check\-in\. With two large parking garages nearby, parking is easy and reasonably priced\.  You can walk everywhere from this conveniently\-located property, and you're also just steps from the Streetcar line, which is a free and convenient way of getting around downtown\.

\*It's important to note that is gorgeous space is a 3rd floor walk up, there is not an elevator in the building\*
