Located a short stroll to the Deschutes River and Harper's Bridge, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has all you need for the perfect Sunriver getaway\. This home features all new flooring and updated bathrooms\. Cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living area, cook a family meal in the gorgeous kitchen equipped with all the kitchen and dinnerware you need, or get your competition on with a game of foosball or ping pong\. 

On the main floor, you'll also find a king ensuite bedroom with smart TV and private bathroom with shower over tub configuration\.

For added entertainment, both TVs on the main floor have subscription \(sports and local channels\) plus streaming\.

Head upstairs to find a king bedroom, queen bedroom, and full bathroom with shower\. In the loft, you'll find a pyramid bunk bed with twin on the top and full on the bottom and a TV\. The TVs upstairs all have the Samsung/ Roku combo subscription included for guest's use\.
