Desert Princess Country Club is a popular resort with an array of amenities including three 9\-hole golf courses, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Fitness Center, Spa, and more \(fees apply\)\.

Guests must comply with the City and Desert Princess’ noise and outdoor activity standards and regulations\. No outdoor music/broadcast shall be used outside at any time\. Music/broadcasts played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times\. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10pm to 8 am\. Maximum of 2 cars/vehicles\.
