Abundant fishing awaits right here from the property or bring your boat \(or rent one locally\) because this property includes a 10,000 pound covered boat lift and 50amp power, if needed\. There is even a fish cleaning station ready for your big catch\. Three kayaks and paddles are also provided to tour the waterways including carved out trails through the mangroves with a trailhead right around the corner\! Also included are a washer and dryer, two types of coffee makers, a grill, fire table, beach day items, and so much more\!  There are 3 single person kayaks for you to enjoy\.
