NOTICE: Please be advised that a concrete restoration project will take place from early April through to November or early December \(timeline subject to change\)\. Guests may experience construction noise and debris during working hours \(typically weekdays, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, subject to change\)\. The pool and hot tub are expected to be closed for large portions of the project duration\. We appreciate your understanding while these improvements are underway\.

This unit is the perfect spot for your next vacation\. Whether you are looking to get away and relax, or have a much needed family vacation, this unit has everything that you would possibly need\. The master has a king bed and is complete with an en\-suite bathroom and walk\-in closet\. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a pull\-out sofa in the living room\. You also have everything you need for an enjoyable stay, such as a full kitchen, all linens/towels, WiFi, a washer/dryer, etc\.  We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment\. 

Cape Winds is a beautiful complex with many amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub, two tennis courts, a basketball court and direct beach access\. It is conveniently located about 1 mile north of the Pier and Ron Jons\!

By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle\-free vacation\.
