## Description
Welcome to Dockham Shore Road and this gorgeous, three\-level, beautifully decorated and meticulously cared for home\. We are lucky these owners want to share this delightful property with you\. Sleeps up to twelve people with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms\. Bring the extended family and vacation together in this expansive home\.

The spacious main level has two living room areas, a huge dining table, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a half bath with washer and dryer\. Step out onto the covered porch that spans the entire front and side of this home \- the veranda, if you will\.

On the second level is a bedroom with a king bed, ensuite full bath and a walk\-in closet\. Bedroom two on the second floor has a queen bed; bedroom three has two twins; bedroom four has a twin over full pyramid bunk with a full trundle \(in case you don't want to be on the top bunk\!\) A full bath is shared by all three of these bedrooms, with a sitting area at the top of the stairs\. Views of the lake from three out of four bedrooms is an unexpected surprise that is sure to delight\.

An additional living area is on the lower level, and the open fifth bedroom with a queen bed\. There is a game room/ hang out area on the other side of this lower level\.  Conveniently, the third full bathroom is located adjacent to the sleeping accommodations on this floor\!

Outside in the backyard is a beautiful fire pit, outdoor seating and grilling area\. Don't forget the huge porch at the front of the house mentioned above\!

Pets are welcome with prior owner approval\. Be prepared to share a photo of your four\-legged friend\. If accepted, there is a pet fee and a pet agreement to sign\.

The garage is not included in the rental, there will be no access\. There is an accessory dwelling above the garage that may be rented as part of this rental or may occupied by other renters\. If you have not reserved both units please do not park to the right of the home or out back as that is the access to the accessory dwelling\.
