## Description
Winnipesaukee Waterfront home with Amazing Views\!  Offering three bedrooms and a cozy waterfront sunroom perfect for dining and enjoying the view of the water, this Gilford home showcases stunning scenic views of the lake and mountains\.  Brand new floors throughout and a recently updated kitchen with all the necessities make this the perfect space for vacationing with friends and family\.

The first\-floor primary bedroom has a king bed and adjacent sitting room with twin bed, that can be closed for privacy\. The primary bedroom provides a large walk\-in shower and also houses the washer/ dryer\.  An open concept living room/dining room overlook the Sunporch porch\- a perfect space to have meals while taking in lake views\. Upstairs are two bedrooms\. One bedroom has two twins and one full size bed\. The other bedroom has a queen bed and one twin bed\. There is a full shared bathroom on the second floor\.

So many opportunities await you to enjoy this home outside on the lake\! Have lunch on the attached deck, read a book lakeside while sitting on an Adirondack chair on the U\-shaped dock, or stretch out in the lounge chairs on the patio for a peaceful nap in the sunshine\!  Enjoy a swim from the 24’ dock\- a ladder provides access to the water for swimming\- no muck here\! The dock can hold a boat or two should you desire to vacation with yours\! Take a peaceful kayak ride in one of the two kayaks available\.

There is parking for up to four cars in the driveway, with space for a trailer as well\.
