The Patterson building is an antique building of Knoxville's expansive industrial era and holds loads of historical character of Knoxville's glory days\. This studio is located on the 2nd floor of the building with indoor and outdoor stair access\.

Serving as a stylish spot for business trips or a fun, friends getaway, guests have ample space for working, dining, and cooking with the well thought out layout of maximizing this space with everything needed for a successful stay\.
