Dolphin Point 106C is a quaint 2 bed/ 2 bath condo on Holiday Isle in Destin\. This unit comfortably sleeps 8 with its King, Queen, Full, and sleeper sofa setup\. Enjoy the beautiful views with this unit's private patio\. Just 2 blocks from the beautiful white sandy beach this newly renovated elevator building is right on the Harbor with a pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse, beach access, and boat docks\. The boat slip is currently under renovation and will not be available for the time being\.\*\*\*You will need to register your vehicles through the link provided and pay a $50 fee per car\.  
 
One of the great amenities of Dolphin Point is the access to be able to be picked up on the Harbor by the Water Taxi, and be taken across the Destin Harbor to all the restaurants and attractions of Destin, such as HarborWalk Village, AJs and Boschamps\.   

 \*This building will be undergoing an exterior restoration project through 5/22\. There will be noise, dust, and workers present throughout the day\. Balcony closure 1/29\-5/22\*
