YOUR INDOOR SPACE\- Bedrooms: Our newly constructed home has three bedrooms and two baths\. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a stocked, attached bath, and a walk\-in closet\. The two guest rooms have queen beds and standard closets\. In the living room, you will find a queen sofa bed sleeper\. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night's sleep after playing all day\. All mattresses and pillows are encased with a protective covering to keep you from unwanted elements\. All bedrooms have TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose\. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app\. Bathrooms: Our two bathrooms, are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum\. Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked\. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it\. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided\. Oil, coffee & filters, tea, spices, barbeque utensils and more\. Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and the wall of sliding windows and doors make you feel as if you are outside while you are cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large, 70" screen streaming TV\. PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you\. VIEW: Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store\. Walks and/or bike rides are amazing with the desert and mountain views in and around the neighborhood\. PARKING: We offer free parking in our 2 car garage, with additional spots in our driveway and street parking\. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 72 hours\. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this\. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, it is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape\. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk\. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley\. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time\. Although Mesquite is a wonderful place to walk and get exercise, you will want a car for getting to the store, restaurants, golf courses, etc\.
