## Description
We are going to let the pictures do all the talking\.  We will just say that if you are interested in the activity of downtown, walking to your favorite spots and the convenience to the National Park \- then stop your cabin search and start booking\.  Enjoy a hot tub, free fast WIFI and an upgraded kitchen, bath and bedding\.  This cabin is new and the calendar may have lots of slots to book \- we suggest booking before it fills up \- It will\!

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience\.  All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents\.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN\.  We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay\. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit\.  The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions\.   Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin\.  

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters\.  We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included \- guests should bring these items\.
