The space is conveniently located steps away from Savannah's most popular shops and is about a 5 minute walk to River Street and Plant Riverside\. With hardwood floors, granite counter tops, exposed brick and new renovations, it is a luxurious home away from home\.

Kaelin and I are available in person, however, the easiest way we can be reached is 24/7 through the app or by phone call/text\.

Once inside of the building, you will have access to the floor this unit is located on via stairs or elevator\. You will then have complete access to the unit as there will be no one else inside\.

Neighborhood:
Located on West Broughton Street, you will closest to all the major shops and restaurants\. 
Park your car and walk everywhere you want to go\!

Transit:
Location, Location, Location: super close to everything, Within walking distance of everything fun\. 10 minutes to River street, Historic districts, and Forsyth park\. Tons of stores and restaurants right outside

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit\. We ask that you politely find a smoking area outside\!

Pets are allowed in the unit however you will be charged a pet fee of $50 per pet\.
