Time Out is a charming four\-bedroom vacation home located along Beach Road in Nags Head with convenient beach access just across a 2\-lane street\.

This inviting home is equipped with TVs, DVD players, WiFi, an outdoor shower, and a grill for outdoor cooking\. Positioned in the Dolphin Run community, you'll enjoy stunning ocean views from the spacious, oversized decks—ideal for creating cherished memories with family and friends during your Outer Banks getaway\.

As an added bonus, you'll have access to the Village Beach Club, which features a large junior Olympic\-sized pool, a kiddie pool, a snack bar, and a bathhouse, making it a perfect spot for a fun day in the sun\!

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day\. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff\.

Parking for 4 cars\. No pets allowed\. No smoking/vaping\. Fireplace not available for guest use\. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing\. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival\. If you cancel 15\-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund\. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund\.
