Inside this well\-appointed unit, you'll discover a fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything you need for meal preparation, an eat\-in bar, a dining area, and an outdoor dining table for those moments when the weather beckons you to dine alfresco\. The two bedrooms in this condo are designed to accommodate your family comfortably\. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flat\-screen TV, an attached master bath, and a private door leading to the balcony\. The guest bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a full pull\-out trundle bed and a flat\-screen TV\. For extra guests, the living room provides a comfortable sleeper sofa\.

Winter Getaway: Reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season \(January and February\) require a minimum 60\-day stay\. Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management\. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications\.

Professionally Managed: This property is professionally managed by Poole Vacation Rentals, dedicated to making sure your beach vacation is an unforgettable experience since 1998\.
