Getting to the beach is a breeze with a direct walkway from the house to the Schooner Ridge private access\. Situated in the heart of Duck, "The Gathering Place" allows guests to safely and easily walk or bike to a variety of shopping, dining and attractions\.

The top level main living area is generously sized, with vaulted ceilings and an open\-concept layout that maximizes the ocean views\. There's also plenty of outdoor space, including a screened porch and sun deck that overlook both the ocean and the private pool area below\. All six of the bedrooms include an ensuite bath, so everyone can have their own retreat with plenty of space and privacy\. In the evenings, hang out by your private pool, or soak away the day in the hot tub\. A dry entry with half bath on the ground level provides convenient access from the pool or beach\.
