## Description
Beautifully decorated three bedroom/ two bathroom cottage just completed in June of 2020 is located on Russell Island just a short drive over the bridge to the historic town of Spanish Wells\.

Duck Out sits on a property with a main house with its own small private beach\.  All Duck Out guests have access to this small private beach\.  Just beside the beach is a boat ramp in case you wish to rent a boat during you stay\.

Duck Out has a master bedroom downstairs with a king size bed and a full bath attached\.

On the second level are two large bedrooms with a full shower bath separating each room\.

The west\-facing bedroom with a king size bed has a 8\-foot balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean and beautiful sunsets\. 

On the east side there is another large bedroom with twin beds which can be converted to a king\.  This bedroom has a super\-private  20 x 12 foot balcony, we are so private that you can nude sunbathe if you wish\.

Duck Out has an up\-to\-date full  kitchen with all modern appliances\.  A few steps off the kitchen there is a large garden patio with a bbq to grill your  fresh seafood, which is so plentiful here as you are in the fishing capital of the Bahamas\.

Spanish Wells and Russell Island have many excellent restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shops\.  The Sandbar restaurant and bar, which is oceanfront and has excellent cuisine, is just a mile from the house\.  The fishing, diving, and snorkeling on Russell Island/Spanish Wells are world class\.  Popular excursions include swimming with the pigs, which everyone loves\.  Other sightseeing excursions include Preacher's Cave, the Sapphire Blue Hole \(with cliff jumping\), Glass Window Bridge, and the Queen's Baths\.  Harbour Island trips can also be arranged\.

Rates are on a sliding scale based on the number of guests\.  We set the rates this way to make the property more affordable for smaller groups who use less utilities and put less wear and tear on the house\.  If you enter the correct number of guests, the reservation system will calculate the rates correctly\.
