We are conveniently located next to Navarre Beach access 39B and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Navarre Beach\. \* Generous family room with views of the pool and tennis court and includes two armchairs with ottoman, a queen sized sofa sleeper couch, loveseat, flat screen t\.v\. with dvd player\. \* Kitchen, stocked with all the essentials, includes upgraded Corian countertops, and all the amenities of home as well as washer and dryer\. Our Lodging Agreement also requires all guests to submit two images: \* One image \(photo\) of your government ID, such as a driver's license\. \* A second image \(photo\) of you holding your government ID up to your face "selfie style"\. Please complete this task as soon as possible to secure your reservation\. 15 days prior to your arrival, you will receive a Security Deposit Authorization email request\. This Security Deposit Authorization is conducted by putting a temporary hold on your credit card for the amount of $300\.00 exactly 2 day\(s\) prior to your arrival date\. It may appear as a pending charge on your account\. At some point during your stay, you may receive notification that the Security Deposit has been reauthorized to keep it fresh\. After your departure, if no damages are reported, the full amount of the Security Deposit will be released within five \(5\) business days after departure\.
