This gorgeous 3bd/2ba condo has been completely updated\.   The entire condo was freshly painted and all new furnishings were added in the Fall of 2021, along with new windows, a new AC unit and HW heater in the Summer of 2022\.   Enjoy all the comforts of home in this elegant condo at the beach\. This unit comfortably accommodates 8 guests with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room\.

Located in the popular Shore Drive section of the Grand Strand, Dunes Pointe provides you with a great place to experience a Myrtle Beach vacation\. It is surrounded by a salt water marsh & fresh water lakes and is a short 10\-minute walk to the beach \(approx\. 1/2 mile\)\.
