Located near downtown Aspen, this second\-floor, 3\-bedroom, 2\-bathroom deluxe condominium features beautiful, contemporary décor\. Durant Condos are just two blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola and downtown shops and restaurants\. The floor\-to\-ceiling windows open as sliding glass doors, making this condo a favorite among summer visitors\. The upgraded kitchen features beautiful stone countertops and bar seating for three\. There is also a dining table that seats and a washer and dryer inside the unit\.  \*This unit has a wood fireplace in the living room however it is out of order for the winter season\*\.

Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator\.  Guests will access this second\-floor condo via stairs\.
