Durant Condominiums are conveniently located two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola\. The condo is located on the east side of the Durant Condominiums and features floor\-to\-ceiling windows, gorgeous Aspen Mountain views, a breakfast bar, a formal dining area, and an in\-unit washer/dryer\. The upgraded kitchen features stone countertops and stainless\-steel appliances\.  \*This unit has a wood fireplace however it is out of order for the winter season\.\*

Please note the Durant property does not have an elevator\.  Guests will access this top\-floor condo via stairs\.
