This two bed, two bath condo features bright & airy cathedral ceilings, laminate flooring throughout, and all\-new living room furniture\. There is one A/C in the living room & flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms\. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en\-suite bath, while the second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds \(4 twins\)\. Find a guest bathroom located just outside the second bedroom\. The fully equipped kitchen has recently been updated with granite counter tops & new cabinetry\. A furnished dining area seats 6, while the furnished outdoor balcony has a beautiful view of the resort's Jack Nicklaus\-designed golf course\. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, WIFI Internet access, and a charcoal grill located in the common area below\.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
