This beautiful property is set to comfortably accommodate 4 people with a dining table plus 2 barstools, a large sofa sectional in the living room, and a colorful patio area with gas grill\. The living room is air conditioned, with a large TV\. The sofa turns into a bed if needed\! A brand new kitchen features all stainless appliances, stocked with all necessities for a rental and beyond \(including an automatic ice maker\)\.In the Primary Bedroom you will find a queen size bed with beautifully matching furniture and new A/C system for your comfort, as well as  a TV\! This bedroom also has its own bathroom\. The secondary bedroom contains 2 twin beds as well as a TV and a New A/C system\! Air purifiers are provided throughout the condo as an option for guest use\. 

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS 
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re\-rented\. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non\-refundable\. If rental property is not re\-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid\. All notices of cancellation must be in writing\.
