Eagles Landing Unit 2803 is located west of Coastal Highway in Rehoboth Beach, approximately 1\.5 miles to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach\. Avoid the crowds, and hang out at one of the three community pools\! Unit 2803 is a two\-story town home in the Versailles section of Eagles Landing\. The first floor includes the living, dining and kitchen area, with a large enclosed porch off of the living room\. All three bedrooms are upstairs \- the master suite and two other bedrooms\. The second and third bedrooms share the hall bathroom\. Even when staying west of Coastal Highway you can be close to everything\! Big Fish Grille and Arena's on the Highway are short walks away, while downtown Rehoboth Beach and Dewey Beach are a short car ride away\. Each condo has parking for two cars at the complex\. This is a non\-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted\. A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $202\.80\.
