Eagles Landing unit 2511\- Located off of Bay Vista Rd and situated on the West side of RT 1, approximately 1\.5 miles to Rehoboth and or Dewey Beach\. This community offers access to a tennis court and three swimming pools\. Each condo has parking for two cars at the complex\. Unit 2511 is a two story condo\. completely remodeled\. The first floor includes the living room with fireplace, dining and kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath\. There is a deck off the living area and master bedroom with views of the pond\. The upstairs has one bedroom and bath, this bedroom has an opening in the wall to the living area below \. This is a non smoking unit\. No pets allowed\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $153\.60\.

Booking Restrictions\- 7 Night Stays

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals\. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals\. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee\.
