This cozy and modern vacation rental is situated on the bay side and offers a peaceful break from the excitement of downtown\. The property features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect size for up to 6 guests\. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king\-size bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed\. There s also a sofa bed in the living room, providing ample sleeping space for the whole family\! The living area is spacious and features a comfortable sofa and flat\-screen TV\. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a table, chairs, and barstools for six guests to enjoy a meal together\. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home\-cooked meal, including modern appliances, cookware, and utensils\. Step outside to the private balcony for a break in the action and relax to your heart s content\! Guests of the property have access to an array of amenities, including free parking, complimentary Wi\-Fi, and a washer and dryer for their convenience\.
