Spacious and meticulously maintained condo\. Unit 905 is a second floor, one story condo with two decks\. The community is located off of Bay Vista Rd and situated on the West side of RT 1, approximately 1\.5 miles to Rehoboth and or Dewey Beach\. This community offers access to the community tennis courts and three swimming pools\. Each condo has parking for two cars at the complex\.This location is close to some local favorite restaurants \- Arena s on the Highway and Big Fish Grille \- allowing guests to walk to both\!

This is a non smoking unit and pets are prohibited\.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week s stay is $149\.50\.
