## Description
Our 1 bedroom, 1\.5 bath single\-level condo at East Rim \(Unit C\-11\) was just completely remodeled and is located right across from Purgatory Lodge and offers the ultimate convenience in all seasons\. The condo features amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain\. East Rim is centrally located to the main skier plaza and is just a short walk to the fastest and biggest high speed lift on the mountain, Purgatory Express\. This property is unique because it is just a step away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities of the primary base village at Purgatory Resort, but it offers a more private and quiet existence with views that cannot be beat\. 

Bed Configuration:
Bedroom 1 \- King with TV and Ensuite Bath\(main floor\)
Main Living Space \- Double Sleeper Couch \(See photo\) 

There is a full bathroom as well as a washer and dryer \(laundry detergent provided\) and a BBQ gas grill on the deck\.

This home is pet friendly\! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day \(for a max $250 per stay\)\.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club\. For an additional \(and optional\) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility\. 

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation\. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s\.
